You are right....so I give up everything, putting away (not deleting) the TCPMP,.tgz file, .cab file.......and i did download the vTap software, it works and gets no problem watching youtube......

Speaking of which, I just realized. Youtube won't load WMP properly when using Opera, but works great on IE. I don't need to do anything to watch videos. Works straight out of the box. I'm accessing the mobile site though, I think this fella wanted to access the classic site, yeah ????

Should all the Moto Q got QC (quality control) before they released from the warehouse...and ended up in the customer hands? Why some users can get it worked in the first try (say, watching youtube) while others still working hard to make it work???? In other words, different Qs have different BRIANS....some are good guys and some are failures.....
