Emails coming as text messages

I don't think I was clear on my previous post about text mode. My boss sent me an email from his Q but it showed up as a text message from his cell phone. He said it is in "text" mode and he can't get it back to regular email mode. Can someone help? Thanks!

Tell him to press the "envelope" key on his keypad (it's just above the red ON/OFF key) and choose option 2. ("his email account", if set up) instead of option 1. "Text Message". Or go to the last option and set up a New Email Account
