Yes. She was just on IE. No problems with the internet.

that means the problem is in your mail settings. click on the active sync icon. when was the last sync? is the icon green?

on my Q9C I can get some settings fron the phone settings menu. try creating the account again, name it something else

Checked active sync. What should I look for in there? Status shows it last synced on 6-30

is the wheel icon green? if not, then its not stuck. try redoing the account from the phones setting menu. there ie an option in there for email. if that doesn't work, go to task manager and kill active sync. then try to sync the mail. after that, I have no idea. if you can't get into account settings. that sounds allot like a virus I had on my pc.
