I use SKTools....the better picker-upper! It cleans up the registry too. And if it doesn't I ain't scared to do it myself!!!

Hi ;)

In Outlook, under Tools>Options> Preferences tab (or might be another tab depending which version you run) there is a Contacts Options, go in there and it should give you the option for "File As" and you can default it to show First Name Last Name or vice versa.

Nice. I knew that....er....

Still doesn't solve the little problem that sometimes when you make a change on the phone, it will change the "File As" name to their first and last. Last, then first.
