Question Clear Cache and Speed up phone

I am having trouble with a sluggish phone. I think the cache needs to be cleared or something. What can I do to speed up my phone?? I have only had this phone about 3 weeks and I am getting very frustrated with it. I think it is a very nice phone but difficult to understand.

I would appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Thanks
Rhonda

Try running SKTools Lite to clean up your Q. You can download it here:

How do I install it? I really feel silly about this phone.
Thanks again.

Thanks again.

You need to transfer the .cab file to your Q (or download it directly to your Q from the link above), navigate to it on your Q, and then click on it to execute and install.
