Chrono Alarms

I recently purchased chrono alarms 3.6 for my q9h. My problem is that only the vibration mode is working. The screen only flashes when the alarm goes off but there is no sound coming out. I even tried to test the sound but, this didnt help either.I have contacted Activekitten for some help but they cant seem to sort out the problem. Anyone using chronos?

Im using it on a Q1. Works fine here. Im sure you already did this but if you click "menu" at the bottom of that list it says "play sound" and "vibrate"? They should have a check next to them to indicate active. Hope that helps.

i have already checked that and it didnt help.

Have you tried to power cycle (turn off then back on) to make sure the program loaded properly? or maybe reintall it.
