Default check minutes?

question 1. how do i check the total minutes used on the q9h
question 2. is there a way to check the minutes even if the phone was 'master rested'

reason is because im picking up my phone from the store and its taking forever, and they finally called me a week later and said it was here. when i went to pick it up, it was just a box with only the ext. battery and case no phone, no standard battery. they were like wtf? so im just wondering if theyre 'using' my phone for the hell of it. and i want to catch them with minutes on the phone or something hoping they dont know how to master rest it.

Go to Start --> Call History. Go to Menu in the Call History, and item 4 is View Timers. It will show, among other things, the last time the timers were reset, and the Lifetime Call minutes.
