Default Certicom VPN?

I just reformatted my Q Global last night (jeebus did it need it), and as I was plugging in my usual registry enhancements, I started digging around to see if I could discover how AT&T had disabled the VPN in the ConnMgr application (I'm one of those users who actually would benefity from having VPN access on my phone).

I tinkered with a lot of settings, but nothing seemed to re-enable the VPN option. However, I did find several mentions of something called Certicom VPN in the registry, and all the icon files for said program were linked to AT&T branded files in the Windows directory, so clearly at some point AT&T had planned their own branded VPN client for the phone.

Has anyone heard of Certicom or know if there is a Windows Mobile client available?
