Default cant send or recieve mms

i need help on trying to fix why i can send or receive mms. on att network with text message package. i can send and receive with my krazr but not with my q9h. when i try to download a message it says cant receive all messages.

But if the texts are working, the MMS should be too. Its probably just a setting. They'll walk you through the steps.

Had same problem.. I am using unlocked q9h by the way, I went to ATT store.. Rep in store said I did not have a pda plan and that was the prob..So he switches me to that plan ( 25 dollars more per month by the way) still same prob.. He calls tech support and they final after about an hour and half got it working, by changing somr settings then changing them back a couple of times.. So all in all somehow it now works flawlessly, I just dont see how if my plan that I had before for many of years (8+) everything worked great even ion multible phones (razor, ming, and the q) until just recently...When I asked the guy in store he said ATT was updating the system and if I had the old plan (media max) mms Would no longer work.. I wish I would have check the old phones to see if mms still worked on them before the plan change, to see if its the plan or the settings on the q.. Sorry for the long story, but thats what happen to me less the 2 weeks ago...

its a setting on the account not the device. I had this problem with every phone I buy from verizon for some reason. They put me on hold and push something through to the phone.

Thats crap. I use the Media Max bundle, and it will work with your Q Global. The only way to get around it now though is using a non PDA IMEI on your line.
