Default Its using windows media player... default player

i guess any format... even through the cellular video service. Also after i record a video with sound on the phone, the video will play but not the audio... i am playing with it now while im at work... Ironincly i work for AT&T and this is my demo phone i was given to give feedback after i use it. I had the HTC TyTn 1, but i have to try this for a while. I am usually very good with phones, but for some odd reason the sound only works for everyhing but video

Windows Media player plays videos like crap, but it should still have the audio, so I think it is a settings issue for you. However, you will find that most migrate to TCPMP for all video playback and probably all audio as well.

Default Yeah i know how to adjust the audio

Its just not working... its almost like there is a lock on the audio for video.... when i press ^ on the d-pad, or on the side scroller button. I just did a master reset, and it still is doing the same thing.... i am about to just say F*** IT!!!

Try TCPMP and if it still cannot play any audio, then perhaps it's a defective Q.

If the video is MPG4s, then you will need the AAC codec plugin...
