Blackscreen after startup

I am currently experiencing a problem where if I turn on the phone or leave it idle for a bit of time the screen will turn all black except for the bar on top. Things I did to the Moto Q9h tonight was, take the ringtone limiter registry out and installed candlelight. Also, the youtube flash file. Hopefully someone can help me fix this!!!

Just did a master reset and the phone is still turning black after startup.

Try to contact the carrier about this issue.
If they can not help you we will see what we can do.

did you do the z, e and power master reset or the soft master reset?

if you have not, try the holding down z and e keys and power up reset.

I figured it was going to be because it messes your screen's settings. Glad to see you got it ironed out though.

Glad you found the problem. But, just to clear things up.. did the Master Reset leave candlelight on your phone?

On q9h.. there are two options. Master Reset and Master Clear. Master reset only resets your settings. Master clear wipes out everything.

I did the master reset in the settings not the "Z+E+POWER ON". This left everything intact including candlelight and everything else. Candlelight was the cause of the problem. Wonder what was wrong... Would've liked to have kept the program.
