Question Another Hack...DTMF

Okay everyone, I have another hack questionfor you. On the Moto q 9h I am looking for a hack to set the DTMF to the duration that a key is pressed. Not simply the long or short setting that is offered in the SETTINGS - PHONE - DTMF. I am having trouble accessing audimated systems while in a call. While typing a long string of numbers such as an account #. I have to press a number then pause then press the next number and so on. I would like it if the phone would allow me to depress a key and have the tone only as long as I have pressed the key not a set duration of time.
Thanks,

it sounds like that's a flaw in that particular system itself, my default is set to short, and i've never had any problems no matter how long a number I'm entering.
I'm also not familiar with any hack to accomplish this

Ditto. Its the system you're calling, not the phone.

No problems here. Ever.

Its not simply one system I've had problems with. On other phones I have used in the past, I could type a string of numbers as quickly as I desired, with the Q, even on SHORT DTMF mode, if I type at a faster rate one tone bleeds into the next without a pause, causing a sort of jamming effect. I thought there might be a line in the registry that I could alter.

Hm, sounds like the device then. I've never had any problems. Try a Master Reset to see if it fixes it. If not, call 611 (assuming you have AT&T) and have them troubleshoot it. Make sure you call from another device.
