At least on my Q9h the highest resolution for video is 176x144, so during capture it is not going to be full screen. I am not sure if that is what you are asking or if when during playback it is not full screen? During playback you should be able to expand it to full screen, but quality will look worse.

I know this is an old post, but I found some new information. If you change the following registry entry you can increase the resolution of video capture to 320x240.

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Pictures\Camera\OEM\VideoP rofile\OptionNum from 2 to 3 will enable 320x240

You will need to install a registry editor on your phone and modify this value. I use "Mobile Registry Editor", which allows you to modify your smartphone registry remotely from your PC. A simple google search for it will bring you to the download site.

Didnt work for me... default was 3. Changed it to 2, and then 4... nothing would give me 320x240 video capture... ????

It should. It worked for me a bunch of others.

What does it say under your "quality" options for your video ????

Hah hah... this is hysterical. I too thought the hack didnt work for my q9h. It never occured to me to check under "quality".
Still... the quality is nothing grand. My old razr had better quality video.
