9h Internet not loading some forums, does on friends Q9m - Motorola Q Forum

I used the phone at the the local AT&T store, went on Honda-tech.com and it worked fine. I went ahead and bought the phone. Now I can only get on to Honda-tech but I can't login. But my friend who was a Q9m works on his??

I can access Honda-tech through Internet Explorer fine but can't login. When I try to log in, Honda-tech says "Undefined Action"

I can't access Honda-tech when I use Opera. It says "The requested page cannot be displayed."

Can anyone help me make it work? I access Honda-tech daily to check pm's and check on some things I'm selling, so I would really like to be able to check Honda-tech on my phone. I was able to check other forums and login no problem. Just honda-tech.com wouldnt let me. Going from a iPhone to this, sort of makes me think twice, but I hated the iPhone. Thanks!!

Opera doesn't work on my device either, however, I can't even attempt to log in with PIE. But it sounds like its the site, and not the phone. After all, most people can log in while on their mobiles to this site

I dont think its the site because a friend of mine who has the Q9M says he can log in no problem. Only on PIE tho

Yes but it could be the site not recognizing your phone properly and allowing you to log in. Its very rarely the phone, unless you're talking flash/silverlight issues. Its almost always the site not being able to handle the browser specs the phone sends it.

I understand that, but why did it work in the AT&T store on a 9h but It wont on mine?

Did you contact AT&T Tech Support?

Its possible the browser settings were different on the phone. Why don't you try taking your phone to the store, and matching its settings to the one that worked ????

or try a different browser . theres gott be like 5 or 10 more browsers u can try
