Default 1 Key doesn't Work for Voicemail

Hello,
I just received my MotoQ 2 days ago. I have AT&T phone service through my company. Pressing the "1" key does nothing. I've noted it is a "reserved" number but it isn't working for voicemail.

I know there are workarounds but would like to get this feature working. The phone number in settings/call options is correct.

Any fixes? Is there something in the registry that needs to be repaired?

Thank you in advance for your time.

Are you pressing and holding the "1" key? You have to press and hold the speed dial numbers for about a second in my experience.

For mine to dial voicemail I have to hold it down for a bit...longer than just a quick keypress. Did you press and hold it for a bit?

Yes I held it down for more than ample time. The other keys work just fine.

Default No 1 Key for Voicemail

Mine is also going nutso and I can't find help either! (mind you, I even called AT&T and their tech couldn't figure it out either... they suggested I take it to a local store and see if it needed to be "repaired")

All the rest of mine are full. :/

Otherwise I wouldn't care! And besides, it worked for about a month, then it went kaput. I had to reassign ALL of my speed dials. WEIRD!

I think it's time to try a master clear my friend. I know dafoxs hates this method. And I understand why, but you only had the phone a few days. I'm sure you don't have a whole lot of data that you'll miss. It happened to me before and this is how I fixed it.

Actually the 2 key is also "reserved". I have created a voicemail entry in contacts with another key assignment but I would like to use the 1 key as that is what I'm used to. Also, I hate to waste the key.
