Wireless Sync - Gmail for Q9c

This may have come up before, but I couldn't find instructions to set it up. I have a gmail account set up on Outlook on my computer. What are the steps that I need to take in order to receive my email without connecting my Q9c to my computer with the USB or push my emails to my Q without having to connect my computer and sync it?

I have Windows Mobile and Active Sync installed. I'm usually not this computer stupid, but I can't get this.

Please help!

Thanks for your quick response! I see the thread on how to set up the gmail account separate from the Outlook, which I didn't have problems with but that's not what I wanted to do. Is there a way that I can have my gmail come through my Outlook on my Q9c? So that when I reveive a new email, it will show up on my home screen without having my phone connected to the computer?

you mean whats on the PC and sync with the Q?
you can do that with bluetooth

Well I have Gmail setup on my PC and I would like to retreive my Gmail on my Q (through the Outlook E-mail in the messages) without having to connect with the USB. How do I do this? Do I need both the Active Sync and Mobile Windows software on my PC to do this?

if you want to store the mail in the outlook folder on the Q without the USB cable you need to SYNC via bluetooth

if you want to send/recieve it in the outlook folder on the Q you need exchange server

if you want to just send recieve then setup a POP email account

usually a corporate thing or with your email host...
not sure gmail does push mail with exchange

you could always setup your own exchange server but thats alot of work and a giant pain in the ass
