Default VoiceSignal Problems

I have just moved from the Q to the Q9c, so I am familiar with the voicesignal software, However, the version on the new handset seems to lock up very often. After I use voice recognition 2 or 3 times, when I press the MFB on the BT HS I get the voice prompt "say a command" but the usual command set is not listed on the screen, the program will time out, and the word "sound" will show in the UL corner of the screen. The BT headset should not make a difference, but I used an H700 with the old Q and a Blue Ant Z9 with the new one, I would try the H700 with the new one, but it went for a spin in the washing machine. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Weird huh?

when you're done with voice command do you usually leave it running? I've not had this problem since I got my Q9c (in december). I kill the voice recognition every time I'm done with it.

I played aroud a bit, and it seems it only locks up when I kill the voice recognition with the MFB on my headset. I still have my trusty Q, and it does not lock up when i use the MFB to kill it. The app does not show up in the task manager when it is locked up, but it does when it is running normally, and the only way to restart the software properly is to reset the device. It almost seems like it is not starting properly because of an improper exit.

it's hard for me to say on that one. If I accidentally start the voice recognition from my headset either I kill it from the phone, or I just let it time out.
