 |  Trouble synchronizing I have synchronized my phone in the past with no problem. Over the last few days I have tried but it won't work for me. It appears that everything is working but it never finished. What can I do to figure out what is wrong? |

 | delete the partnership in active sync on the PC (while the Q is not plugged in) and then resync the phone file delete mobile device
