This site and IE

Does anyone know how I can get rid of this wretched mobile skin in Internet Explorer. The inability to access profile links is annoying and disabling that ability was totally unnecessary as a link doesn't use anymore bandwidth than normal text.

The problem is that everyone's application pages are linked from their profiles and without knowing their member ID number there's no way to enter the URL manually. I have a mobile vBulletin skin on my own forum and the links are all intact.

Solved the problem by getting the full opera mobile browser. It has the option to "report as desktop." A pretty clever feature.

Where did you find the full Opera browser, I only have the mini version. Was it free?

Oh, I was already a happy member. I just think that when you build a site focusing on mobile phones you should probably have a fully functional mobile skin to go along with it.

It's a proprietary version that does not require Java. I'll switch to the full skin and try attaching it somewhere and linking to it.

Opera 8.65 for Windows Mobile. It's far nicer than Opera mini and has an image mode too. You can google it.
