As long as they haven't changed dit since last year, the 1 year upgrade discount shoulf be $75 off the MSRP... Although I would call telesales, and email ecare. Sometimes they can give you a better deal (for being a long standing customer or something)

Try calling sprint and ask for the retention department they will help you with the best customer satisfaction when ordering your phone.

Like mentioned get ahold of retentions. I will not post how much I got off on my Q9C but they will deal especially if you tell them that you will extend your contract if they give you a deal. I also negotiated my new contract which is also spectacular.

If not I can give you a great deal on my device. It has a scratch on the screen but cannot be seen when the phone is awake.

Good luck.

Default first year discounts

I had to spend about three hours on the phone. I got them to upgrade me from the q to the q 9c - via retentions dept. for $189. I paid the $189 and Sprint credited the $75 one year discount credit to my account so that the phone cost me $115. I have SERO w/ unlimited data so now I have the GPS and it works just like a tom tom. Well worth the $115. Tell them your q original has always sucked and prior employees told you that you would get the rebates and discounts with your $75 credit. be sure to mention your next favorite carrier too. If you don't have the SERO plan, this is probably even easier. -B
