Sprint TV No Sound all of the sudden

I recently purchased a Moto Q 9C with Sprint. Everything seems pretty much in order, and Sprint TV was working for a time.

But now with Sprint TV I get video, and no audio.

I've made sure the volume is up and the app isn't muted. Powered the phone down and up a few times.
Can't think what else it could be, and I've searched on here and google.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I installed SK Tools and ran the Auto Clean.
Tried Sprint TV and it worked a treat.

Bizarre. oh well.
