  |  sounds when I go under settings and sounds I get a message saying can't open file. I don't know of anything I did to mess it up. does anyone now why I might not be able to open the sounds settings. I can open the other programs under setting. its just the sounds file. I do have sktools and that's the last program that was running before I noticed the problem. Thanks |
