Default Slider's Font Size

Im working a home screen with a black and light silver image. I can't use white or black font colors, so I make the font red. A red font is hard to read when it is small. I have checked the font tags and changed values for the size. I don't work. Has anyone figured out how to increase the font size using sliding panels yet?

I've been able to change the size by editing the fontsize="x" tag in the CHome_320x240.cpr file (editing with Notepad on my pc).

Music or Audio

While is was in that file, i noticed the hight of the area the panels use. before i mess with it, is there a way to shrink the area all the panels use? I want some dead space between the toolbar and the panels so i can put a plugin there like google search.
