rhapsody on the q9c w/cassette adapter.

I tried searching but didn't see any specific app for rapsody. does it just work and als If I use a 2.5mm to a 3.5mm adapter will I be able to listen to music in my car stero if yes will the phone calls come through the car stero. Ihave a 02 infiniti q45 that has a tape player. sorry if these questions have been posted.
