Default Question/problem with texting...

1. how do you type an underscore on this phone? ( _ )
2. why cant i hit question mark sometimes? it just shows up 0 no matter what. i hit function....etc... stilll just shows up 0.

To type the Underscore hit the Fn button then the Caps button and that will bring up many different symbols and such. The underscore is the first one I believe.

For the 0 problem. Are you running Candlelight?

i dont have candlelight and the 0 thing happens to me too.. happenin right now too

whats my excuse?

You shouldn't need Candlelight for your Q9c. It causes problems because the Q9c already has Smart Backlight. You might want to uninstall Candlelight.

Uninstalling Candle Light will not fix the problem. A master reset is needed to fix the ? key.
Avoid candle light at all costs. I'm basically an expert on the candle light.
