 |  Q9c Resets Settings after Restart I have had a Q9c for about 10 days and am already experiencing problems. It started one day when my battery was getting low and my phone shut itself off. I turned it back on and it completely froze at the Motorola orb screen. Sprint had to reset the phone, so I lost my contacts, ringtones, applications, and everything else. Today my phone was acting slow, so I turned it off and then back on. To my dismay, the color scheme was reset, my bluetooth headset was no longer paired, etc. However, now my contacts are still there, the phone still has a record of sent and received texts, and my installed programs are still there. Mostly this is just causing frustration. Does anybody have any insight? I do have the option to return the phone (this would be the 2nd time) so I'd prefer not to. Any help would be appreciated. |

 |  you have 30 days to bring it back for a new one so yes you can you can also try another reset...back up all your data and give it a whirl
