Push Email...Considering Hosting My Own Good Link Server

I just bought the new 9c and lov the Sprint TV and everything else, but there is STILL no "Blackberry-like" email. This is crazy!

Has anyone considered setting up a goodlink server and hosting email? I am going to check on pricing, but let me know if I am off base on this one.

There are quite of few push email servers out there like this.. Search this forum and you will find links and opinions on most of them.. If you want to host your own that would be rad too.. Good Luck to ya and keep us informed.. Welcome to EQ

Just replying to mention the availability of Seven. I've read on their website that they were now shipping all Sprint smartphones with the service, and it'll cost something like 5 bucks a month, not sure how accurate that is. But if you need the initial setup file, I still have it from the beta program, and it's a lifetime license, also FREE since I signed up during beta. They also still do the updates at the same time they push the paid version. So anyone who want s the setup, let me know, and if someone would put it on their files page, that'd be cool so everyone could have the awesome product. I've never had a problem with it, and it integrates gmail and exchange, syncing all data, multiple calendars, with ease. Not sure how well the yahoo and hotmail push works, as I've not used that part of it. Crap, says file too large, here's the link for it in my fileden:

I tried out SEVEN on my Q9c and it seemed to slow down my phone, escpecially the home screen. Anyone else notice this?

I noticed that as well. It was for that reason that I only used seven for a few days...

Try MobiPush, I have been using it for quite some time, it's free and IMHO I think it's better than most others, especially if all you want is PUSH (in real time)

1and1.com pushmail for 5 bucks a month. Works flawlessly on both my Mogul and Moto.
