Problems with Keyboard Inputs

I've had my Q9c for 2 months and love it when it works. Unfortunately I've had to master reset twice due to unresolvable problems. The last 2 problems are still persistent even after today's master reset.

1. When I type quickly, like say hitting 't' then 'h', instead of outputting 'th' my Q9c will produce 'thth.' I'm definitely only hitting the individual buttons once each. Does this happen to anyone else?

2. My text autocomplete only comes up with every other word, and sometimes randomly. Not too big of a deal but something's obviously wrong here.

Both these problems happen in memo, email, contacts, etc.

Also, I have 1551(!) files in my Windows directory. Normal?

1. normal quirk, type slower and it will behave

2. clear out the library for text prediction, or turn it off completely. Sounds like it is starting to fill up.

that happens to me when I text too. and also the text lags way behind me. what is the point of a qwerty keyboard if you still have to type slow. a phone that stutters

I had the 1,000+ happen to me after I messed with the registry. It was possibly a hack/patch/script applied. Have you done this lately? I had to back up and master reset. It bogged the unit down big time having those files spawning within the windows folder. Not good on any O/S and virus like. The reset doesn't clear out the files? It should...
