Phone to Outlook 2003 sync question

So I wiped the phone, copied the pim back and all of the contacts are on the phone. I was able to do a sync before copying the pim back and the 3 test contacts went across. With the new pim installed, now the phone gives the following error when sync'ing and will not sync the contacts error code "Support Code 8600050d"

Well I got it working, everything is up and running. I think I fixed the error code by removing a contact in his phone that had no name. Once I removed that I was able to to sync with no issues.
