is it possible to have both the phone ring tone on and the vibrate mode on at the same time? how do I do that please? thanks

sorry my bad, should have looked down the forum page, my phone is the Sprint Q9C but still sets up the same way

another question is how can I remove the icons above the date on the home screen? thanks

edit the xml file of the homescreen you are using
copy the file to the PC and use note pad to remove the MRU plugin

read the homescreen tutorial page

cleared the voicemail icon? in the MRU plugin?

it cycles through your most recent apps so if you open it again it will appear there
or just hold down the #1 (its the voicemail speed dial) and it will take you to your voicemail
