Default Phone Calls Not Ending: Am I The Only One?

Sometimes with any number the phone just will not hang up. It acts as if its hung up but I can still hear the call. Also sometimes the end key just won't work and it will not end the call, but it at least acknowledges that it is in a call. This is my 2nd Q9c. What's going on?

just out of curiosity, are you getting the phones from sprints store or the warehouse?

both of mine came from the warehouse

if your getting them from the warehouse and your just recently getting them from there they probably are defective. I went thru 2 within a week from the warehouse so I finally took the 2nd one to a store and they replaced it. haven't had any further problems. :-)

i tried returning it to the store originally, but they told me all they were allowed to give me was a refurb. and i don't want a refurb within 30 days.

I've had this happen with iSkoot (mobile skype) all the time. I have one of my free pick-3 unlimited numbers set as the access number that iSkoot usually calls. Every once in a while, iSkoot will call a totally different access number and I'll press hang up, but the call will still connect. I always have to soft reset the phone in order for it to disconnect. Annoying.. If there's a fix, I'm all ears.

well, if the phone you yook into them was a refurb then that's what your going to get back, but if it was a brand new one direct from the warehouse then they should have given you a new one.

They just told me that they could exchange my phone but they could only exchange it for a refurbished one. The phone I originally received from the Warehouse was brand spankin new. But does anyone know this "hack" that makes it so it actually hangs up calls?!
