Yet another Sprint service issue rears its ugly head. I switched to the new "Simply Everything" plan with Sprint and wanted to add "Phone as Modem" to my account. Sprint support informed me that this conflicts with my new plan in their system and that they couldn't add it at this time.
This is beginning to get annoying considering the issues with picture mail and the inability to access Sprint's music store and other account features enjoyed by owners of lesser devices. Does anyone know a way around this? Surely there must be one. The PDA already has the connection to the web, it just needs a way to utilize it. The issue isn't a phone issue. It's an issue of Sprint not being able to add the service into their billing system where they can charge for it.
