System Tools or Repair Opera Mini 4- Error: NO SPACE LEFT??

Ok, so i've been using opera mini 4 using the esmertec jbed midlet.. been using it for months, no problem, on my Q9c..

I now am receiving an error message saying that there's an "error: no space left.."

there's plenty of space on both my phone's drive and my storage card.. i can't for the life in me find a folder where there is any kind of cache/history/cookies that could be full and not allow me to browse..

i've tried installing, reinstalling, everything..

anyone have any experience with this?

PIE is not an option!!

neither is opera mobile!!

Maybe you should try SK Tools Lite (it's free) to clean up your Q's memory. I've got a copy of the .cab file on my apps page if you need it.

That's a great idea. I've used it before, but I have a hard time figuring out what I should be cleaning up.

Any specific files I should look for to clean up?

Or should I just delete any temp files?

Are there specific Opera Mini temp files?

I say if you're not sure what it is, then don't delete it. But, you're probably safe with deleting temp or cache files.

Ok, just tried deleting all temp and cache files, to no avail.

Any other ideas?

It's amazing how much you miss something when it's gone. I need to read my boston globe!!

I had a similar issue once before and I was kinda pissed because I had so much free space. As a matter of fact it was happening to me on PIE as well. I don't know how it was fixed, but I had to hard reset my phone b.c. of other issues and I haven't run into the space error for quite some time now.

yeah, i actually just did a master reset today.. got fed up trying to find what files could be causing me to have "no space left.." whatever...

i saved everything i needed to keep onto my storage card and rebooted, and now it's all good..

there must be some temp files or fragments that we can't get to, because there wasn't much stored on my phone, and i've gone from about 35 mb stored on the phone to about 9 or 10 mb now.. no idea what could've accounted for all those mb's
