I talked to the Sprint guys and they want me to pay around $80 to fix it (I didn't get the extended service pack 'cause I've never needed it on a phone before), or be without a phone for up to two weeks while I pay to ship it to Motorola.
The only thing left for me to do is make sure it's backed up, and then do a hardreset...which I'm doubting will work.
Has anybody else had these issues? Should I pay to get it fixed or would it be easier/smarter to just demand a new phone from Sprint? |
It might be the predictive text database - Go to Start-->Settings-->More-->More-->Text Input Settings and clear that database out. If you don't need to have the prediction enabled, you can uncheck Suggest Words while Typing. This fix has helped a bunch of folks with sluggishness.
Last thing - any new programs you've installed or uninstalled lately?
