Default Laggy everything

I started to respond to the Laggy Typing thread, but then I decided to start one. I have searched but that was the closest I saw... Anyway,

okay, so my problem started out like this. I was responding to an email and got way ahead of myself. (Predictive text turned off.) none of the new letters would show. then, it wouldn't exit the mail app. Now, it's CRAZY slow on a very odd and intermittent schedule with different apps. Typing lags, can't move out of one screen to another...I notice a lot when I'm trying to unlock the screen. It's been a coupla days with me taking the battery out and rebooting all the time....

it's like my desktop acting frozen up.... I am deleting apps left and right to see if i can find the culprit.

Anyone ever heard of this happenning on a Verizon Q9c?

Note, it happened the evening after I somehow managed to get PDANet working, which I have since learned isn't supposed to work in it's published form on a Q9c. I also have an exchange server, so i wonder if the Exchange push has been affected somehow...

Any suggestions helpful, short of a Master Reboot...

I was under the impression that rebooting clears the memory--is that wrong?

a reboot should at least empty some/most memory, but not all the temp stuff...

No, no, hell no!!! It started up again, so I had a fit and Master Reset it. Have restored from Sprite Backup, but it won't let me run anything b/c issues with the certificates.

i leave for the beach tomorrow, can't install PDANet 2.0 b/c stupid Windows Mobile Device center keeps saying ERROR!

ACK! I'm sitting here at the house ignoring the fact that it's 9:17 and i am supposed to be at the frickin' office!!

DANGIT RACKING FRACKING BLANKETY BLANK!!

Did I mention have have spent 30 minutes uninstalling Mobile Device Center, reinstalling it and the Update!!!
