 |  is there anyway to assign the scroll wheel... To increase the ringer volume and not the system volume. It would seem when I hold it in and try to increase it to increase the ringer volume, it does not do this. Is there a way to configure it to do so? |

usually the system volume will control the ring tone volume if the system is low then the ringtone will be low too
