well after a few calls to retentions, and 3 defective moto q's, sprint finally decided to swap out my phone for a Q9C... I am super excited to finally have a new working phone... any suggestions, differences... cant wait!!

I think you'll enjoy your new phone, I love mine. Its leaps better than the original Q in my personal opinion, and the keyboard is the best i've ever used (its what im using now haha)
