I did big-D's hacks on my Q9c yesterday (including the IE ones) and now the big arrow that used to navigate back pages when browsing IE instead returns me to my home screen. Any ideas? What did I do wrong? How do I set the button back like it was?
1. i don't have a Q9c
2. for that reason i did not do "BIG-D's" hacks...
BIG-D did not mention it's a good idea to record the original values or even better back up registry entries before changing them.. 2 ways to get them back a) wait fir someone with a un-hacked Q9c b) Master Reset the Q (which in my opinion is overkill)
Other than the IE homepage hack mine is stock. Does that count?
let me know which values you changed and I'll look and post the original ones.
(on the occasion that I do perform hacks, I keep a small note pad where I write down the initial values)
did you do the IE hack that changes the amount of pages in the history that are saved so you can go back?
for instance it saved 10 pages and change it to 1?

Yes I did... and I see where you're going with that. Good thinking! I'll give it a shot.
