Default How to resolve CPU running at 100% all the time...

So I did some searching and this is what I found. Your CPU running at 100 all the time has nothing to do with hacks or any apps. There is a bug with the Q9c, where while you are in task manger, you must hit menu, then exit to completely exit out, otherwise it will show 100%

I think it's defective hardware.

I'm a tech for a local Sprint store, and I have seen LOTS of Q9c that customers come in complaining of poor battery life or frequent lock ups. I talk with everyone of them, asking what there habits are, and most were/are using the task mgr to kill programs running in the backround.

100% CPU usage is one of the first things we're checking for now when a customer brings it in. If it shows it, it gets replaced. Simple as that.

My personal Q9c has never had any problems. We have another tech using this phone and 1 other employee using this phone at my store, and again, none of us have had any problems. We have a theory on this- all of us are using the "first batch" of Q9c that came out. We thing that there's a hardware bug in the ones that were released in Jan to present, but can't prove it yet.

Thoughts??

At least in my case, it is in fact defective "software". The OP is right, it's just a matter of quitting the task manager and reloading it to rejog the processing % to reflect the actual conditions.
