Help with email set-up Just got a new Q9C on Sprint and am having prolems with setting up email to receive on phone:
- Successfully set up direct push/pull from comcast to phone
- Then set up Outlook and synced with phone, Comcast to Outlook and still to phone
- After setting up Outlook it functioned properly while connected through USB but once disconnected from computer, emails no longer push to phone from Comcast and emails sent on the phone do not go anywhere.
So the question is... How do you still receive email to the phone from pop accounts, while using outlook to 'manage' multiple accounts and contacts? Tried changing settings to make sure messages were left on server, etc. Occassionally would receive an error saying that there were problems downloading messages. |
