Default Help needed

I had the Q for about 6 months, worked fine. I plugged it in to charge once and that was it, only could get a black screen with white text (can't rem what it said) but the sprint guy said it was done.
Sprint repair/replacement center sent me a Q9c as I had to pay $50 for the upgrade, but didn't want the same issues as the Q.
Now tonight, this is the second "new" phone they have sent me that has crashed.
The same way. The phone dies. When I go to turn it on, it goes through the beginning, but gets stuck on the windows screen. A hard resent has not worked either time. I am so frustrated I don't know what to do. I use this phone for business and it's been days on end that I might have use of the phone and email or not. I can't conduct business like this and rely on my phone for travel and mostly just calling or emailing. Any suggestions? Should I ask them for another type of PDA now (centro or blackberry), which is better? Thanks for anyones advice in this matter.

First thing - it's not really Verizon or Sprint's fault that the phones keep crapping out. Blame it on Motorola and/or Microcrap.

You may have just gotten two really bad phones, or there may be a larger issue here with the hardware/software. I myself am awaiting a replacement Q9c I just called up and had replaced today because of similar issues you describe. My phone has frozen at the "M" logo, the Windows Mobile screen, rebooted in my pocket numerous times (even though it was key locked), Master Reset itself, and blown installed programs to smithereens (failure to launch).

I've had it and decided before my initial 30 days was up that I'm going to make them replace it.

My wife has a Q9c as well - she's had the exact same troubles. I've seen many other people in this forum having the same issues - though I think many of them attribute it to the 3rd party software they install on it, I don't think it's the true cause.

I have tried to connect the phone to the Motorola update software but no new firmware is available for it. If you just paid $50 for a replacement and that one is failing - make them replace it again and don't pay again.
