GPS: topo maps, elevation?

I'd like to get more use out of my Q's GPS.........is there any online or downloadable software that will allow me to see topo maps and/or calculate elevation?

gpsVP (free but not sure if it works with internal gps) will load topo's....and Efficasoft makes something!

Garmin Mobile XT also will load Topo Maps if you have them... I assume you want them for Geocaching... I actually need to log in and see if I can import coords to my phone now since the GPS is working.
