I will save you the details but I bought the original black Q back in September and have been having problems. I called today and they did not have any new Qs to send me so he asked if it would be ok to send me the Q9c. It will be here in the morning. Wanted to rub it in a bit.
LUCKY!!! My Q9m's screen is already scratched up, but I saw a dude a Best Buy yesterday who had several big cracks in his screen, and literally had a pencil eraser-sized hole in his blackberry screen, and he was using it like he didnt even no it was there. I felt much better about my Q.
