Google Search: My new favorite app!

Just discovered this today! Google Search is awesome. Way quicker than using Opera to do an internet search.

To download, navigate IE to m.google.com/search

I would love this - but doesn't seem to function with sliding homescreen.

Any ideas?

only way I got it to work with sliders is to replace the top tool bar script with the google one.

You could just put a PIE shortcut to Google on one of your panels. Might take a few extra seconds versus a search bar on your HS, but is that really a big deal?

So, you can place weblinks on yr homescreen? How is this done?

I loved this for a while when I got it, but my phone kept freezing up. As soon as I removed Google Search the freezing stopped.

wampus, if you're not using the sliding Panels homescren...

Open IE, click Menu\Tools\Options\Home Page and make google your home page.

After that, go to Start\Personalize My Q\Home Screen Shortcuts and check the Show User Defined Shortcuts. This will let you add PIE to your HS.

Now you can click on the PIE icon and when PIE opens...voila...Google homepage.
