Default Frozen on Green WM6.1 Screen

Hi,

I has just dl Fascade4.1 and installed it. was running it for most of today. A few minutes ago i tried switching to Windows Simple Theme (rainbow wheel comes and goes) but no change...so I reboot and now all it shows is the green wm6.1 screen...

It powers normally and freezes on the screen...stays there it i power down again...

Any advise?

Thank you

I was hoping to avoid a hard reset...is that my only option?

How can I do a hard reset and will it erase everything?

Thanks again

Im not sure if thats your only option. and yes a hard reset is like a master reset

To perform the hard reset, hold down the center select button in the middle of the D-pad/joypad (the raised silver one.) Then, continuing to hold it for at least five seconds, press the power button to allow the device to power up. Continue to hold the select button until you get a screen which asks if you want to perform the master reset. Let go of the select button, and press the appropriate soft action key to respond yes.
REMEMBER! A hard reset erases ALL of your data!!! This is why the Backup is so important.

i suggest you wait longer and see if someone else can help you

I fixed it by sync with your pc and deleting that home srcreen you were trying to use or moving it to a different folder...the façade one.

Activesyn isn't detecting my phone...doesn't the phone need to be on, in order to be detected?

Thanks
