 |  Encrypted Files on MotoQ9c I had chosen to encrypt the files that my phone put on my storage card in case I ever lost my phone. Well, not thinking, I did a master reset on my phone and now I can't open the files that were encrypted BEFORE the master reset. How do I open those encrypted files? I'm assuming that the phone thinks those files were created by a different phone. |
