 |  Does anyone else hate CS? I've been on and off hold for about an hr now over an issue with my plan. The worst part is, they have the same freaking music clip on a loop. So its 30 sec of music, a pause, then more of the same music. This is very frustrating. |

| I was going to suggest maybe you were caught in their routing system or something. Glad you got it straightened out.

| fyi i called in and was done like @9am.......put on speaker.......surf the net........i can easily piss away 1.5+hrs with internet access....easy! buck up internet soldier.......it isn't easy to become a zealot (whatever the hell that is)
