Creating shortcut with Resco

I have Resco installed on two identical phones. I've used the "Send To . . . Start Menu as Shortcut" feature on both phones and it worked great. Unfortunately, I must have deleted something on phone #1 because whenever I click on the Start Menu shortcut I receive the "Can't find . . . Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available."

If I create the identical shortcut on phone #2 -- copy the shortcut to phone #1 -- it works. However, if I create the shortcut directly on phone #1 - I get the Error Message.

I tried reinstalling Resco on phone #1 but that didn't solve the problem.

So, I'm thinking the only thing left is "all the required libraries."

Does anybody know what are "the required libraries" to create a shortcut on the start menu -- and where they are located? If so, I'll copy the missing files from phone #2 to phone #1.
