Default Cannot do anything with this phone

I got this phone at about 4pm last night and I am now being forced to do a 3rd hard reset. This is getting pretty ridiculous. It keeps getting stuck on the M icon when booting and then it won't do anything no matter how many times I reset.

Take it back and get a different one. That one's flawed.

While the Q9c is a good phone in general. If you haven't done anything to the phone, it's possible you got a bad one. Take it back to the sprint store. They should be able to check it out and maybe exchange it.

Also, I wouldn't load stuff (not that you have) right away. Do it gradually.

My first Q9c was also a dud. Take it back... I know it seems like a pain right now, but you will be happy you did it when you get a good working unit.

Yeah this is a pretty awesome phone. I would have to say my favorite smartphone by far.

My first was also defective. So much so that I seriously question Motorola's QC department.

it seems to (for some reason) be working fine now. It seemed to happen whenever I added my e-mail account to it. If I am to bring it as defective, will I get a refurbished one? (this happened with my HTC Mogul I paid $600 for )

Unfortunately in todays mass produced world, QA can't catch all of them. And some defects don't occur untill after they leave the plant, that's why we have warrantys and carriers allow us exchanges.
