OK I had the same problem with the phone freezing on the M logo screen. I returned one and now the second one is doing the same thing. What the heck should I do now?

you an try a master reset. If it still doesn't work return it and make sure they give you a new battery.

with phone off..

press and hold crome button

turn phone on (still pressing chrome button)

when Q starts to boot release power button but still hold in chrome button.

you should see what looks like a DOS screen with opion to do a master reset.

Thanks I got it to reboot. Any idea what might have be causing the phone to freeze like that? I don't want to have to do this again and lose all of my information. Are there any know programs that could be causing this. OR any .cab files that i should not delete?

Not too sure. Windows live, Sprint Navigation, Google Maps. And a few mp3s and jpgs. I think I deleted some of the .cab files for those programs after I installed them.

possible Windows Live..Try installing 1 app at a time. Give it a day or so before installing another. This way you can determine what may be the cause
